Your site needs to be reasonably level and our installers need at least two feet of workspace around the cabin or shed. If your site does not meet these requirements, then please give us a call and we can discuss possible solutions to make things work with your site.

Yes! If you live in Auckland, we can meet you on-site to determine if your site is suitable and help you choose the best cabin to meet your needs. If you are outside of Auckland we can do a virtual site visit.

This is dependent on a couple of different factors such as size and complexity of the build. Generally, you will be looking at 4 - 6 weeks. Give us a call and we can give you an better indication of your timeline.

These things happen and we are only a phone call away. If there is something wrong with the building, for example, the door isn't closing properly, then simply give us a call and we'll come around to your place to fix the problem. All of our new cabins are backed with our Dreamtime guarantee. We guarantee that if you are not 100% satisfied with our product we will ensure you are within 48 hours.

Our factory is located at 1/63 Keeling Rd, Henderson, Auckland. Pop by any week day between 9am - 4pm - we'd love to show you around. If you'd rather visit us in the weekend or outside of business hours, contact us on 0800 830 880 and we'll make a time that suits.

Cabins can be paid for either by bank transfer, credit card (credit card fees apply) or on finance (rent-to-buy). If paying cash or credit card, we require a 50% deposit to commence your build, and the balance prior to delivery. If buying on finance, once your finance is approved we can start building.
